Technical career points of interest/highlights:
Senior Support Technician for Philips Electronics North America, optical storage and PC peripheral divisions. Answered support calls and emails, trained new employees, and wrote training literature. Personally handled up to 60 phone-in customers per day. Also met with designers on new product development. Often acted as supervisor for staff of twelve.
Operated small in home computer repair business from 1999-2004. Built and repaired computers for use in home and office environments. Also installed networks, and designed digital recording studios for a local radio station and a local record label.
Familiar with all forms of internet broadcasting. Currently acting as a support technician and sales representative for Mediacast1.com, a streaming bandwidth company based in Denver, CO.
Media career points of interest/highlights:
Began radio “career” as a frequent caller to a local morning show in 1993.
First live appearance before an audience was as a participant in a boxing match in 1994.
Acquired degree in broadcasting in 1997. Degree included survey courses, as well as courses in radio programming and performance. Also served as a staff reporter for the college newspaper.
Worked as a production assistant in 1997 for a local AM/FM, producing and voicing commercials and PSA’s.
Joined Rantmedia.ca/Rantradio.com (one of the oldest independent media outlets on the web) as Program Director in 2000. Currently oversee three radio channels and and internet TV channel, which stars an airstaff of well over 50. (Five times larger than any terrestrial outlet.) Worked closest with the networks “franchise” entertainer. Sean Kennedy. Instrumental in creating SKTFM.TV, a downloadable video “cyberculture” show, and ‘The Sean Kennedy TV Show’ Which was one of if not the most watched LIVE internet TV shows ever produced. (Featured in the NY Times)

Past projects:
Co-hosted “Rizwords: Daily Politics and Tech”, a daily talk show covering conservative politics as well as technology with Mark Hopkins in 2007, averaging over 100,000 downloads per month.
Co-hosted “Out in Right Field”, a daily conservative talk show with Mark Hopkins in 2005. OIRF was also one of the first daily podcasts, and averaged around 1,000 downloads per day, unprecedented for its time.
Co-hosted the very popular “Rantspeak”, a late night news and variety talk show with networks manger James O’Brien from 2004-2005
Fill-in host of “The Mark and Darrell Show”, a variety talk show with Mark Hopkins and Darrell Thomas in 2004.
