If that's what it's down to, then the time has come to let it take its course. We can't and shouldn't protect them indefinitely. It doesn't matter that $165m is but a small percentage of the money we've given them.. The American people are being pissed on by that company. They went too far with the "we need to retain the best talent". Tell me, where will this "top talent" go? I say we roll the dice and let em play the market. Certainly wouldn't want them going to a competitor with their pedigree would we? Oh, wait... I have news for them - they HAVE NO TOP TALENT. The final straw today for most American's was when we all heard "their hands are tied". Well, they're about to learn a lesson from the administration about how to loosen them up. Anyway, the only leverage the government has is to not give them more money in the future, but according to you that would allow them to go out of business which you say is a no-no.
